Three Affiliated Tribes Tribal Business Council Special Meeting 08-01-VJB January 7, 2008 at 9 a.m
A. CALL TO ORDER- By Chairman Marcus Wells Jr. Meeting called to order at 9:43 a.m. B. OPENING PRAYER- Roger White Owl Jr. C. ROLL CALL- By Executive Secretary V. Judy Brugh Councilman Barry Benson (via conference call), Councilman Frank Whitecalfe (via conference call), Chairman Marcus Wells Jr., Councilman Malcolm Wolf, Councilman Mervin Packineau (via conference call), Councilwoman V. Judy Brugh. A quorum is present. Absent: Councilman Nathan Hale (entered meeting at 10:12 a.m.) D. APPROVAL OF AGENDA- Councilman Wolf moved to approve of the agenda as presented, Councilwoman Brugh seconded the motion. VOTE: 6 ayes – 0 nay; motion passed. 01. Dakota-3 resolution: Councilman Benson moved to approve resolution #08-01-VJB “Ratification and Final Approval of Dakota-3, LLC Indian Mineral Development Agreement and Consent to Assignment,” Councilwoman Brugh seconded the motion. VOTE: 6 ayes – 0 nay; motion passed unanimously. 02. TAT Legal Department: Tom Disselhorst CONFERENCE CALL Discussion: On the items to discuss with the N.D Governor at the meeting scheduled today at 2 p.m. SB 2419 oil and gas taxation.
F. ADJOURNMENT- Councilman Hale moved to adjourn at 10:43 a.m. Councilman Wolf seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned.
