I.            CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 11:44 P.M.

 

II.         PRAYER:

Councilman Strahs.

 

III.       ROLL CALL:

Councilman Frank Whitecalfe, Councilman Arnold Strahs, Councilman Scott Eagle, Councilwoman V. Judy Brugh, are present and Chairman Marcus Levings is on conference call.  A quorum is established.

 

IV.      APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

There are three items only.

    

V.         Resolution 09-173-VJB: Transfer of Funds NAB (Closed Session)

 

VI.      Resolution 09-171-VJB: JTAC Drawdown (Closed Session)

 

VII.          Resolution 09-172-VJB: Drawdown (Closed Session)

 

VIII.       ADJOURNMENT:

Councilman Eagle moved to adjourn the meeting, second by Councilman Strahs.

 

The meeting adjourned at 12:20 P.M.
