v  ATTENTION NON-MEMBER NON-RESIDENTS:

(“Non-member Non-resident” refers to those who are not enrolled members of the Three Affiliated Tribes and are not residents of the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation.)

If you are interested in the 2010 deer gun season you may call our office as soon as March 1, 2010 to be put on the non-member non-resident list.  Applications will be available May 1, 2010 on our website http://www.mhanation.com/main/game_and_fish.html or at our office 325 Main Street, New Town, ND.  Anytime May 1^st or after you may submit the 2010 General License Form and the 2010 Deer Gun Application to our office with your payment.  Applications will be accepted on the first-come-first-served basis meaning we will first accept applications from those on the list.  Priority will be given to those that get their fee and applications in regardless of the order they are on the list.  Please keep in mind we will not accept any applications or fees before the May 1^st date, nor will we accept any submissions for the list until March 1^st.
