Congressman Earl Pomeroy honored at Petroleum Conference by Three Affiliated Tribes |

On the last day of the three day 2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo, Chairman Marcus Levings, Three Affiliated Tribes, presented Rep. Earl Pomeroy with a traditional war bonnet for assisting the tribe with the development gas and petroleum in the Bakken. The 2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo, with its recording breaking attendance, provided a platform for the honoring of Congressman Pomeroy. The conference brought together from 42 states, 6 Canadian provinces and Japan. The turnout of this petroleum conference exceeded conference expectation. The 2011 conference will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada on May 1 – 3. The conference will then return to North Dakota in 2012. |
