Congressman Earl Pomeroy honored at Petroleum Conference by Three Affiliated Tribes
Tribe presents Rep. Pomeroy traditional War Bonnet



On the last day of the three day 2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo, Chairman Marcus Levings, Three Affiliated Tribes, presented Rep. Earl Pomeroy with a traditional war bonnet for assisting the tribe with the development gas and petroleum in the Bakken.

The 2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo, with its recording breaking attendance, provided a platform for the honoring of Congressman Pomeroy.

The conference brought together from 42 states, 6 Canadian provinces and Japan.  The turnout of this petroleum conference exceeded conference expectation.

 The 2011 conference will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada on May 1 – 3. The conference will then return to North Dakota in 2012.
