The meeting was called to order at 11:51 A.M.

Chairman Levings.

III.        ROLL CALL:

Councilman Whitecalfe, Councilman Strahs, Chairman Levings, Councilman Eagle, Councilman Packineau and Councilwoman Brugh are present.  A quorum is established.

Councilman Strahs moved to approve of the amended agenda, second by Councilwoman Brugh.
