SPECIAL MEETING

I.                   CALL TO ORDER:

               The meeting was called to order at 2:40 P.M.

II.                ROLL CALL:

Councilman Barry Benson, Councilwoman V. Judy Brugh, Chairman Marcus Levings are present.  Councilman Packineau and Councilman Frank Whitecalfe are conference into the meeting.  A quorum is established.  For the record, Councilman Scott Eagle and Councilman Arnold Strahs are not present.

III.             APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

Councilman Whitecalfe moved to approve of the agenda, second by Councilman Benson.

Discussion:                         No discussion.

VOTE:                                 5 Ayes 0 Nays Motion carried.

IV.             Resolution 09-129-VJB: JTAC Draw

Councilman Whitecalfe moved to approve of a resolution entitled, “Directive to the Office of Trust Fund Management to Make Available for Draws by The Three Affiliated Tribes Interest Earnings From the Three Affiliated Tribes Economic Recovery Fund in the Amount of $2,200,000.00.”  The motion is second by Councilman Packineau.

Discussion:                         No discussion.

VOTE:                                 5 Ayes 0 Nays Motion carried.

V.                Resolution 09-130-VJB: Docket

Councilman Whitecalfe moved to approve of a resolution entitled, “FY 2009 Docket Funds Draw in the Amount of $464,943.66.”  The motion is second by Councilman Packineau.

Discussion:                         No discussion.

VOTE:                                 5 Ayes 0 Nays Motion carried.

VI.             ADJOURNMENT:

Councilman Benson moved to adjourn the meeting, second by Councilwoman Brugh.

The meeting adjourned at 2:44 P.M.
