I.            CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 11:34 A.M.

 

II.         PRAYER:

Doreen Yellow Bird.

 

III.       ROLL CALL:

Councilman Frank Whitecalfe (Conference call), Councilman Arnold Strahs (Conference call), Chairman Marcus Levings, Councilman Scott Eagle (Acting Secretary), and Councilman Mervin Packineau are present.  A quorum is established.  For the record, Councilwoman V. Judy Brugh and Councilman Barry Benson are not present.

 

IV.      APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

Eight scheduled Interviews

 

Councilman Eagle moved to approve of the agenda, second by Councilman Packineau.

I.       Three Top Law Firm Choices to come back to Full TBC

Councilman Whitecalfe moved to approve of Damon Williams, TAT Legal to work with the three top choices of Law Firms and to bring back to the Tribal Business Council Special meeting on December 22, 2009.  The motion is second by Councilman Eagle.

 

Discussion:               No discussion.

VOTE:                        5 Ayes 0 Nays Motion carried.

 

VI.      ADJOURNMENT:

Councilman Eagle moved to adjourn the meeting, second by Councilman Packineau.

 

The meeting adjourned at 4:29 P.M.
