The Minne-Tohe Health Center Community Health Department will be holding an H1N1 FLU VACCINATION CLINIC Date: Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 Time: Starting at 9:00am until vaccine is gone Place: Northern Lights Community Building – New Town Available for children 6 months through 4 years, pregnant women, and children ages 5-18 years with a chronic medical condition such as diabetes, heart conditions, and respiratory conditions
Vaccination available on a walk in basis first come first serve. No appointments. Please allow for possible waiting time.
If your child has received vaccine in the last 30 days please know that information.
As more vaccine becomes available over the next several weeks we will begin offering it to additional priority groups.
Please do not come to the vaccination clinic with any flu like symptoms.
As more vaccine become available we will be vaccinating more age groups, please pay attention to the radio and newspaper for upcoming vaccination clinics
