H1N1 FLU VACCINATION CLINIC

Date: Wednesday, November 18^th, 2009

Time: Starting at 3:30pm – 7:00pm or until vaccine is gone

Place: The Red Hall – Parshall

Vaccine will be Available for the following groups:

· Children ages 6 months through 18 years

· Pregnant women

· Adults ages 19-64 years WITH a chronic medical condition such as diabetes, heart conditions, and respiratory conditions

· Household contacts and caregivers of infants younger than 6 months

Please allow for possible waiting time.

Please do not come to vaccination clinic with any flu like symptoms.
