Important Announcement Concerning the F.S.A. Lawsuit
According to Tribal Chairman Tex Hall, on Friday, July
13th, the Keepseagle vs. Glickman F.S.A. lawsuit was granted
"Class Action Status" by presiding Judge Sullivan.
After discussion with TAT legal council, Indian Ranchers,
and the USDA Attorneys in Washington DC in a status Conference,
Judge Sullivan made his ruling of Class Action status
to the lawsuit which will now include all Indian livestock
operators in the United States as a part of this case.
Further information will be forthcoming as it becomes
available.
