DO YOU QUALIFY TO BE A PLAINTIFF IN THE NATIVE AMERICAN CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST USDA?

If you can answer "yes" to these 4 questions, you qualify.

1.)
Are you a Native American?

If your tribe considers you to be a Native American, you qualify.

2.)
Did you apply or attempt to apply for a farm loan or benefit program with USDA between January, 1981, and December, 1999?

3.)
Do you feel you were not treated fairly by USDA officials in the application process because you are Native American?

4.) Did you complain to USDA or Tribal Officals about the discrimination?

Complaints could be in either written or verbal form and must have been about racial discrimination or bias.
