Tribal Business Council Regular Meeting-January 22nd & 23rd, 2001 Action

Tribal Business Council of the Three Affiliated Tribes temporary Appoints Controllers of Federal and General Fund Accounts.
The Tribal Business Council appointed Donnie Dickens to Federal Side Controller and Frank Henry to General Side Controller for a ninety (90) days. The positions were advertised through the Tribal Personnel, however no applications were received.
Salary Advance requests policy amended, Food/Shelter/Utilities is disallowed.
The Tribal Business Council voted to amend the Salary Advance policy to eliminate the lack of Food/Shelter/Utilities as a reason to receive an advance on payroll. Therefore the use of the Social Services -LIHAP or the Emergency Loans are the alternative resource.
Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Committee, Sets Priorities for Spring of 2001.
The Tribal Business Council in communication with Mrs. Velma Holeman, CED's Director, set the following six (6) prioritized projects to be completed
