The Three Affiliated Tribes mourns the loss of Mr. Christopher "Kip" Quale, who departed this world on January 11, 2002.
Mr. Quale, was the Lead Attorney for the Legal Department of the Three Affiliated Tribes
Mr. Quale, was always available to the Tribal Departments and administration on a moments notice to provide legal advice. He was a dedicated individual who was careful and thorough in the performance of his daily work.
His accomplishments were many,  to name a few: he performed the  legal work for Tribal Elections, the 1986 Constitution Amendments and the key legal work for the repatriation of the remains of the ancestors of the Tribes.  He was also adopted into the Prairie Chicken Clan by the late Rose Crow Flies High, former Chairwoman of the TAT.
