FOUR BEARS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TRIBAL BUSINESS COUNCIL

Tribal Business Council of TAT
Regular Meeting held on March 13, 2002

TRIBAL ROADS OF THE THREE AFFILIATED TRIBES RESTRUCTURED TO INCLUDE A WAGE SCHEDULE AND TRIBAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The Tribal Business Council formally approved the proposed Wage Schedule and Road Maintenance Program as proposed by Mr. Nathan Hale, Roads Director of the Three Affiliated Tribes.
In the letter dated March 11, 2002 which addressed to the Tribal Council it states:
"Employment status of our general fund construction staff is very unclear and confused. I have researched the employment records with the Tribal personnel office and received a report showing all of the transactions to date. The employees are all temporary full time employees at the present time, most of their appointment times are expired...In order to clear up the employment status of the staff members, my recommendation is to place the employees under full time permanent status with the established wage schedules.
The list of employees and wage schedules are as follows:
Patricia Blake  10.00 per hour
Darrell Jackson 15.93 per hour
Danial Hall  14.78 per hour
George Good Bear 11.38 per hour
Marty Grady  11.38 per hour
It is very unfortunate that some of our general fund construction employees were able to receive wage increases, while other were unable to. This causes frustration among our employees.
I am presenting a wage schedule for your review and approval that would be fair to all of the employees, we must have an established wage schedule based on years of work and experience. The entry level on the wage schedule is $10.93 and with 20 years of experience is $16.25.
I, Marcus Wells, Jr. Four Bears Representative would like to formally Commend and Thank Mr. Nathan Hale, Director, and the Roads Operators for their fine work they have performed within the Four Bears Segment the last couple of years:

  1. Four Bears Apartment 36 Apartments
  2. Four Bears Lagoon--Thorton Property
  3. Four Bears Home Access Roads
"Thank You Roads."

This will be presented to the Tribal Business Council upon completion. Mr. Marcus Wells, Jr, Secretary will prepare the Resolution for formal approval.
