Tribal Business Council to Review the Indian Preference Policies at the Four Bears Casino and Lodge.
The Tribal Business Council passed a motion to take a legal review of the Hiring Practices and Indian Preference  within the Personnel Policies and Procedures at the Four Bears Casino and Lodge. As there was concern expressed by myself that it seemed that the Tribal Membership are being overlooked in recruitment and hiring within the Casino and that this should not be happening. For if it weren't for the enrolled members there would be such a thing as the Four Bears Casino and Lodge. I appreciate the Support Given by the other three (3) Tribal Business Council members who voted with me on the 4-0-2-1 decision.
