I, Marcus
Wells, Jr., Treasurer of the Three Affiliated
Tribes hereby welcome any and all questions or
comments regarding the FY-2001 Budget Draft. The
Budget that is above was developed by myself on
behalf of the Tribal Business Council. I receipted
budgets from (3) Contract Officers of Finance
and Directors/Administrators all of the Three
Affiliated Tribes and formulated the draft. In
addition this budget includes expenditures
such as liabilities or loan debt and consultants
and contracts, donations and obligations to tribal
and non-tribal entities. In addition there are
more obligations made every TBC Meeting.
Then budget line items are created for each new
General Fund Obligation.
At press time the Tribal Business Council did
not approve a Budget for FY2001, however, there
is a Tribal Council Meeting Scheduled for November
2, 2000 for such review and mark up for subsequent
approval.
