By Glenda Embry, Public Information Officer
Four Bears, ND - The 4-Bears Casino & Lodge has set the date of October 10 at 9:00 am for the opening date for their 122-room hotel expansion.  There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening; the Casino has already begun taking reservations for the expansion.  The expansion will have one-hundred standard rooms, twenty suites and two executive suites with walk out balconies. According to a Casino news release, the new design will place an emphasis on functionality, sustainability and aesthetics, with many rooms showing the spectacular views of Lake Sakakawea.  The executive suites have over 1,600 square feet with upgrades throughout.
The 4-Bears Casino and Lodge is wholly owned and operated by the Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikara Nation who funded the expansion project.
“This unique and elegant hotel addition will better serve our customers,” said Patrick Packineau, General Manager. “We are excited about this expansion as it now allows us to accommodate more of our guests who want to come and enjoy everything that 4-Bears and the surrounding area has to offer.”
Alliance Building Group, Las Vegas, Nevada is the general contractor for the expansion.
4-Bears Casino & Lodge is located four miles west of New Town, adjacent to the 4-Bears Bridge.
