The Chairman envisions a buffalo heard to represent all three tribes of the MHA Nation.
    1. The buffalo a judge and represents justice and protection
    2. The colors represent traditional police Societies
    3. The three medallions represent that each tribe valued the buffalo and each tribe
         maintained traditions to honor the buffalo spirit, plus it will coordinate with relief
         design on outside of building.
    4. Of course, the "Scales of Justice" like the ones on the Gerald "Tex" Fox Justice
         Center Logo.
