Services Provided

Assist employees to clarify problems or issues and how to present them to supervisors or managers. Assist supervisors and managers to clarify performance standards and positively communicate them to employees, including performance/conduct problems or deficiencies, and develop plans to help employees meet standards. Interpret and explain personnel policies and procedures. Mediate conflicts or communication problems between or among employees at their request. Address with administrators, directors, supervisors and employees unresolved conflicts or MHA Nations’ policies and procedures, which contribute to employee relation issues.
