Pursuant to Resolution 26-131-FWF, public notice is hereby given for the allocation of grazing
privileges for range units on the Fort Berthold Reservation for the period beginning January 1,
2027, and ending December 31, 2031. Allocations will take place on October 23, 2026
Interested parties shall apply directly to the Three Affiliated Tribes’ Natural Resource
Department. Applications are available at the following locations:
In person at the Natural Resource Department located on the second floor of the MHA
Tero/Energy Complex, Suite 2300, 305 4th Ave, New Town, ND 58763,
In person at each of the six segment offices.

Applications can be submitted in person to the Natural Resource Department, by mail, or
electronically at range@mhanation.com.

If submitting application by mail please allow sufficient time for office staff to receive the
application by the due date.
Per regulations contained in 26-131-FWF, section III, part 1H applications must be received one
week prior to the allocation meeting. Therefore, the deadline for submission of applications is
4:30pm October 16, 2026.
