Services Provided

Protect the health, safety, and security of inmates presentenced and while they serve court-ordered sentences at the GTFJC.

Eligible Participants

Any incarcerated enrolled member of any federally recognized tribe residing on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.

Area(s) Served

Enrolled Adult population of the Fort Berth Indian Reservation.

Purpose/Mission Statement

To protect the health, safety and security of the Tribal members who are either presentence or adjudicated in court and are ordered sentence to the GTFJC by Tribal Court.

It is our mission of the GTFJC to afford safe and secure housing for our Tribal members by providing a safe, secure, structured and supportive environment, as well as, for the Correctional Staff while working at the GTFJC.
