Services Provided

Child Protection, 24 Hr. on call for emergencies, Foster Care Management and Reunification services to families, Foster Home Recruitment and Licensing, Foster Parent training, General Assistance, Supervision of IIM Clients, ICWA and QEW Services, Family Preservation, Parenting Classes and Emergency services, such as families affected by fires, floods or other severe weather or circumstances.

Eligible Participants

All Native American children and families residing on the Fort Berthold Reservation. 
For the ICWA program all eligible or enrolled MHA children and families-residing anywhere off of Fort Berthold Reservation.

Area(s) Served

All of Fort Berthold Reservation and for ICWA children who are eligible for enrollment with MHA or who are enrolled with MHA residing anywhere off the Fort Berthold Reservation.

Purpose/Mission Statement

The MHA Children and Family Services “Vision is that all children and families are safe, healthy, productive and well balanced and connected to their tribal communities, culture and tribal nation.”

Additional Information

CPS Staff provides Mandated 960 Report training.
