Services Provided

The Tribal Employment Rights Office Provides business licensing, oil field monitoring and employment opportunities for Tribal members on the reservation.

Eligible Participants

Licensing is for all companies conducting business on Fort Berthold. Job placement is for those enrolled in a federally recognized tribe.

Purpose/Mission Statement

The Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Nation TERO will provide to the Tribe and enrolled membership, the maximum quality of employment, business licensing and compliance services by being: respectful, responsible, accountable and caring.  We will incorporate our traditional values practice by our elders and ancestors in all of our aspects of services provided.
