Purpose/Mission Statement

The MHA Health Insurance Program will help improve the quality of life of its members by promoting, protecting, and enhancing their health and well-being. By educating members of the current health changes across the country. Providing health care insurance to all uninsured MHA members on and off the reservation. And by helping MHA members to best meet their healthcare needs as an advocate and educator.

Additional Information

To be eligible for Tribal Health Insurance you must apply for the state medicaid program in the state you reside in and provide a determination letter of denial to Tribal Health Insurance to began the process of enrollment. The policy also includes dental and vision.
