Services Provided

Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act is important for public safety purposes.  Sex offender registration is a system for monitoring and tracking sex offenders following their release into the community.  The registration provides important information about convicted sex offenders to local and federal authorities and the public, such as the offender's name, current location, and past offenses

Eligible Participants

All convicted sex offenders within reservation boundaries.

Purpose/Mission Statement

The Three Affiliated Tribes recognize the need to protect tribal members, and those that live, work, visit, and attend school within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.

Additional Information

  • Provide community awareness of all sex offenders in the community

  • Track and monitor registered sex offenders on the reservation

  • Ensures that all sex offenders follow compliance with TAT tribal code.
