The mission of the TAT-Law Enforcement Services is to: Uphold the Constitution, Sovereignty, and customs of the Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikara Nation, while protecting the rights of all people; Protect life and property; Ensure employment suitability, and to Promote and preserve peace within the Fort Berthold Reservation.
Services – Patrol Reservation, Protect life & property, Enforcement of Federal, State & Tribal Laws, Investigate criminal activities, Court Process services, Prevention Awareness, Assistance to Citizens and Technical assistance to other entities, etc.

Please fill out our request form and turn into Kathy Albers. Photo ID is required; Additional forms might be needed depending on case.
How do I get my property back from evidence?
