The minimum shot hole fee paid to lessees (Farming and Grazing be set at $25.00 per shot hole; and 3. The minimum vibroseis fee be set at $400./00 per mile; and 4. Damages involving leased farm lands (cultivated) will be negotiated with the lessee. The following formula shall be applied to determine damages: a. Width of track (linear feet) X length of line (linear feet) = acreage (1 acre = 43,560 sq. ft.), b. Estimated yield per acre (bushels, etc.) x acreage = total yield, c. Total yield X market value of crop )at time of settlement of damages) = damages. If this formula does not serve the requirements necessary to determine damage or if it is deemed to be unacceptable by all of the affected parties a more applicable formula will be developed by the affected parties and if agreed on by all affected parties, that formula shall be used.
