Single employees shall have 100X of their health insurance premium paid by their appropriate budget(s) monthly.  3. Married employees, without their spouses working for the Tribe, requiring family coverage, shall have 70% of their family health insurance premium paid by their appropriate budget's) monthly, and shall have the remaining SOX of their insurance premium deducted from their paycheck twice monthly.  4.   • 90-227-TL | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tribal Business Council of the Three Affiliated Tribes hereby amends Resolution #90-141-TL to raise the Loan Authority to the Twin Buttes Facility Project by $17,380.28 from $52,302.49 to $69,682.77 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Tribal Treasurer and Chairman are authorized to execute the required bank loan documents and Assignment of Trust Income forms necessary to secure an increase in the existing loan amount up to the new loan authority of $69,682.77 plus interest from the First International Bank of Watford City, secured by Tribal Trust/Lease Income with repayment from the 1991 Tribal Docket 350G Business Development Fund Account by January 31, 1991.  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the amended higher loan amount, the Tribal Business Council hereby expressly waives the sovereign immunity of the Three Affiliated Tribes for the exclusive purpose of performance of the loan and associated security agreements to be entered into between the Three Affiliated Tribes and First International Bank of Watford City, as such agreements relate exclusively to the Tribal Twin Buttes Community Facility Project Package.  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon completion/closing of the additional loan amount, $18,500 shall be deposited to the Tribal Twin Buttes CDBG Match Account #1132 Construction Line Item and $4,716 to the Professional Services Line Item. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that until Project completion, the Tribal Council Treasurer shall be the CDBG Administrator for all FY 1988 HUD/CDBG activities. | 10/31/1990 | Y | Active |
