To promote the well-being and health of our Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation and others who might pass through our doors in a dignified, honorable manner, so that we may preserve our heritage, culture, and our way of life.
Three affiliated tribes kidney dialysis unit and Sanford health has a contract signed that allows each business to work together as a team to provide dialysis services to the community of the fort berthold Indian
Reservation. Sanford health provides all clinical care to all dialysis patients with employing all nurses and dialysis technicians.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Dialysis, Dialysis Transportation, apt transportation for KDU patients, KDU has their own Social worker on site to help with all needs of the dialysis patient.
Dialysis is offered Monday, Wed and Fridays (including holidays). Special circumstances such as weather conditions may allow us to open other days.
TRANSPORTATION
- Transports patients to and from the dialysis center.
- Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments on and off the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
- Facilitates transport to other TAT Programs for services.
NUTRITION
Provides nutritional protein shakes and protein bars to patients.
Offers a meal on every dialysis treatment day.
Arranges for a Dietitian to visit monthly to discuss each patient’s labs and provide dietary advice.
DIALYSIS
Provides Hemodialysis services three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Operates from 4:30am to 7:30pm in three shifts.
Offers dialysis services to travelers and visitors, ensuring they can stay connected with family in the area.
