• Articles of Incorporation (11-126-VJB) – Corporation Act)

  • Filing of Articles of Incorporation – Duplicate originals of the articles of incorporation shall be delivered to the Tribal Secretary for the Three Affiliated Tribes. If the Tribal Secretary finds that the articles of incorporation conform to tribal law, the Secretary shall: (a) Endorse on each such duplicate originals the word “filed” and the month, day and year of the filing thereof; (b) Maintain one such duplicate original in the Tribal Secretary’s office; and (c) Issue a Certificate of Incorporation to which the Secretary shall affix the duplicate original and return it to the incorporators.
