Our Mission is to provide an opportunity for the current and future members of our Tribal Business Council, our current and future Tribal entities, and our People, the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara to utilize an effective Planning process which will include consideration of all our Tribal resources-human, natural and other to economic planning model that will evolve and be utilized on a continuing basis.
