 Benefits will in your food account at 12:00 midnight Central Time on the beginning date and will expire at 11:59 PM Central Time on the ending date. 

If you lose your card or if it is stole,, contact your local WIC office about getting a replacement card. Once reported, your lost/stolen can no longer be used.

Call customer service at 1-855-426-5171

Do not try to guess your pin. If the correct pin is not entered on the third try, your pin is locked. This is done as a protection from someone guessing your pin and getting your food benefits. You have to call Customer Service to reset you PIN which will unlock your account at 1-855-426-5171.
