PopUp Smiles will be providing dental care for all eligible MHA Nation employees and Tribal Members who are enrolled in dental insurance. Eligible family members (those that are enrolled under the employee’s dental plan) will need to provide their dental information when scheduling an appointment. Those that are on Medicaid/Medicare are not eligible for services at this time.

Patient Responsibility if Insurance Does Not Cover Services:
If a patient’s insurance does not cover the services provided, the patient will be responsible for the outstanding balance. Charges would be based on their standard fee schedule for the services rendered. Prior to treatment, they will make every effort to verify benefits and inform patients of any anticipated out-of-pocket costs; however, final coverage determinations are made by the insurance carrier. There will be a financial team on-site to assist with a payment plan. Human Resources staff will be on-site as well to provide options for those eligible for MHA Financial Assistance.
